The program combines mindful movement, self-release techniques, and weekly modules to guide you toward sustainable health and wellness that will help you connect the dots between your body’s needs and your movement patterns. Each week builds upon the last, guiding you through the process of improving mobility, strengthening key muscles, and integrating new practices into your daily routine.
