Elevated Elements is a 12-week 1:1 coaching experience that combines mindful movement, self-release techniques, and targeted education so you can build strength, reduce pain, and most importantly regain trust in your body.

This program is for you if:

- You experience chronic pain and are looking for guidance from EDS specialists

- You are seeking to improve body awareness and strength, and learn how to move safely with your hypermobile body

- You are looking to build a home program but don't have access to an an EDS knowledge PT close by

- You are hoping to feel less reliant on a broken system and seeking empowerment

What to expect

Educational Modules

These weekly lessons provide the foundational knowledge you need to understand how hypermobility affects your body, how to move with intention, and why certain techniques or exercises are important. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of movement mechanics, posture, joint care, and how your unique body needs specific strategies for success.

Weekly Movement Programming

Throughout the program, you will receive access to a variety of movement sequences designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness. The programming is based on Pilates principles and functional movement techniques.

Weekly Assignments

Each week includes assignments designed to help you reflect on your experiences, track your progress, and gain insights into how your body responds to different techniques. These assignments encourage you to integrate new concepts and strategies into your routine and connect them with your personal health goals.

Working

Guided Self-Release Work

Self-release techniques are integral to the program, helping you manage tension and discomfort throughout your body. Each week, you’ll learn new methods for releasing tight muscles and fascia, which can directly contribute to reduced pain and improved movement. These techniques are simple, effective, and can be performed anywhere, making them easy to incorporate into your routine.
