Dr. Kate Bacigalupo, PT, DPT
Coach, Co-founder

Kate is a physical therapist, educator, and Coach at The Elements Collective. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and has advanced training in hypermobility, scoliosis-specific methods, and chronic pain management. Kate blends mindful movement, release work, and strength-based approaches to help people feel safe and strong in their bodies. Her coaching style is rooted in compassion and creativity, guiding each person toward balance, confidence, and connection. As co-founder of The Elements Collective, Kate is dedicated to making accessible coaching and community support available to anyone navigating complex health challenges—because everyone deserves the chance to return to what moves them.

Dr. Nara Yoon, PT, DPT
Co-founder

Nara is the founder of PhysioElements and co-founder of The Elements Collective—sister companies built on the shared mission of helping people move with freedom and confidence. A Columbia-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Nara brings advanced training in scoliosis-specific methods, women’s health, and whole-body movement systems. As the visionary behind What Moves You and the phi-inspired philosophy woven through both brands, she believes movement is both science and art—a path back to strength, alignment, and wholeness. With The Elements Collective, Nara expanded this vision into a community-driven space where evidence-based care meets mindful coaching, empowering people not just to manage symptoms, but to thrive in every aspect of life.

Dr. Cecilia Shoemaker, PT, DPT
Coach

Cecilia is a physical therapist and coach committed to offering supportive, inclusive, and holistic care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from NYU, along with certifications in Pelvic Function (Herman & Wallace Level 1) and Pilates Mat Level 1.
Passionate about helping those with hypermobility, chronic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction, Cecilia guides clients through changes in their bodies with confidence. As a health coach, she meets people exactly where they are, making movement and education accessible. By blending her Pilates background with pelvic health expertise, she empowers clients to reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable strength, and create habits that support long-term well-being.

Dr. Megan-Marie Delegas
Coach

Megan is an integrative clinician, rooted in musculoskeletal, holistic, and brain-body system expertise. She has her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, as well as advanced education neuro training, functional health, pelvic floor dysfunction, and fitness/movement that, together, combine to address the entire ecosystem of your wellbeing. She integrates all her clinical knowledge and works with you based on your story, your needs, and your body. Dr. Megan-Marie believes clarity and education are the most empowering tools for change, alignment, and individualized wellbeing. As an identified athlete all her life, Dr. Megan-Marie has participated in various fitness and athletics, from sports, marathons, dance, to olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit, yoga and more. She integrates strength and conditioning principles in all she does, and is a certified Russian Kettlebell Coach and Yin Yoga instructor.
